seriously though, I can't point any flaw, it is sublime. +10 for sure.

her skin is a bit too saturated, it doesn't seem to blend with her environment... or maybe it's just my monitor but i like it anyway

maybe a bit more shine in the scales and lighten of the background a tad, or darken the skin tones a bit because the lighting seems different between her and the background.

Beautiful paitning. I adore everything, the colors, her red hair, the stormy clouds.. it all looks great!
There's just one thing... I think her expression and smile could have looked different. Perhaps more mysterious, with lips closed. It would fit better to those big stormy clouds that are coming. +9

She looks so happy about the storm. I like the tones, though they seem a bit too dark for the happiness of the mermaid, unless she is secretly evil. Just an odd pairing for me altogether.

Could use more tonal contrast though.
