Nicely painted. You have quite a distinctive way of painting skintones that has a delicious, luminous look. I like the idea of having some clean negative space for the eye to rest, but I wonder if adding another element (probably darker) to the upper left would tie the composition together more strongly. Also gotta mention that the kelp sprite is a pretty cool little creature.
